You don't need to make a big change in your life to achieve anything. It can be a smaller one too. A marginal change in your life can make a big change.
Want to be fit? Start running for 15 mins in a single day. Want to learn something new? Pick up that new thing for 15 mins and start learning. You want to wake up early. Put an alarm 15 mins before your usual time and don't put it on snooze. We don't value tiny changes as much as we should.
You don't need to invest your thought process or big-time in thinking how to do that or how much effort and time it requires at the initial level only. Because that unnecessary thoughts only lead to procrastination and making every task a big one.
Don't think just do it. If you think about something do it within 5 minutes of thinking it, if you will delay it more than that then it will become a job that will require effort.
And as it is proven if you consistently do something for 21 days then it will eventually become your habit and then it won't be a task and will become a part of your daily rituals. And that's how you can cultivate habits and can build your life as you want it to be.

Maybe then you will have fewer regrets and more experiences.
